FAQ (CSV Output)

  • An access error occurred when outputting the CSV

    The access permission to read orders may be insufficient. Please check the user’s access permissions.

  • Is there a limit to CSV output and tracking number updates?

    There is no limit on the number of orders for CSV output and upload. However, all the order information is held in your PC’s memory, so we recommend 200 orders or fewer. (Above 200 orders your PC may slow down, depending on its specs.)

  • What is the billing code of Yamato B2 Cloud?
