CC Order Rule Pre-order Properties Settings Screen

A. Billing Control

You can set both an upfront payment (paid at checkout) and a due date for the remaining balance.
If you choose to set the due date as "An invoice will be issued on certain date" or "x days after checkout", the payment amount and due date will be displayed at checkout.

When checking out a pre-order product

In the order list, orders will show a status of "Partially paid", and orders that have exceeded the due date will be tagged as "Overdue" The specific due date can be found on the order detail screen.

Shopify Order List

Since "CC Order Rule" does not automatically collect payments on the due date, you'll need to send reminder emails and manually manage collections within the app.

B. Shipping Control

By setting the shipping timing to "Scheduled deadline", you can establish a specific shipping schedule. In the order list, these orders will have a status of "Scheduled" and you can view the detailed shipping schedule on the order details page.

Shopify Order List

If you choose "Unknown" for the shipping timing, the fulfillment status will be set to "On hold".
To manage shipping schedules, you can send reminder emails and perform bulk actions like "Change schedule" or "Release on hold" directly within the app.

C. Inventory Reduction Timing

You can choose to decrease inventory either "When an order is placed" or "When shipped." If you want to adjust your pre-order settings based on inventory levels (refer to ② Add a pre-order plan) or if you have a limited quantity of pre-order items, select "When an order is placed."

D. Selling Price

You can offer discounted prices.
