You can set a maximum purchase quantity for specific products per customer.
Please download the Shopify Flow file from the link above and set it up.
Import the downloaded file into Shopify Flow and enable the workflow to complete the setup.
Shopify Flow allows you to automate processes such as order handling.
Please install Shopify Flow from the following URL:
You can set time limits such as daily, weekly, or monthly.
Purchase history before the time limit will be deleted by Shopify Flow at the time of order.
Therefore, if you change the time limit, the purchase history may not be properly saved, so do not change it after the rule is in operation.
Purchase history is saved in the following customer metafield:
namespace: cc-order-rule-purchase-products
key: cc-order-rule-purchase-products-key
The purchase history is automatically updated by the Shopify Flow settings.
Due to the limitations of the Cart and Checkout Validation API, metafields can only store up to 10,000 bytes. This is approximately 30 products x 5 times of purchase history.
If there are many target products without a time limit, consider limiting purchases by customer tags.
Reset purchase history by tagging the customer when the maximum purchase quantity is reached
If a time limit is set, purchase history before the time limit will be automatically deleted by Shopify Flow, so this setting is not necessary.
There are no common message settings. This is because the conditions may vary depending on the rule.
Be sure to add appropriate time limits and other details in the message settings.
