Products Group (settings by Product Tag)
When using Grouping by Products, if there are products in the cart that belong to multiple groups, the delivery date setting for one of the groupings is reflected according to the priority (order).
By turning on the option “When multiple groups’ products are in the cart, use the delivery possible dates for multiple groups’ settings,” the selectable delivery dates will be displayed by combining the delivery date settings from multiple groups when there are products in the cart belonging to multiple groups. (Settings other than the delivery date will reflect the group settings according to the priority.)
Example: (CC Delivery Date and Time Setting) Priority (1) Group 1: Delivery date range 2-10 days => Applied to Product Group 1 Priority (2) Group 2: Delivery date range 5-20 days => Applied to Product Group 2
(Products in the cart) When both Product Group 1 and Product Group 2 are in the cart, the selectable delivery date range is 5-10 days. (The settings for business holidays and unavailable days are also reflected.)
Example: (CC Delivery Date and Time Setting) Priority (1) Group 1: Delivery date range 2-10 days => Applied to Product Group 1 Priority (2) Group 2: Delivery date range 11-20 days => Applied to Product Group 2
(Products in the cart) When both Product Group 1 and Product Group 2 are in the cart, the selectable delivery date range is 0 days (none), and a message indicating “No selectable delivery dates available” is displayed in the note section.
Applicable Cases
When adjusting the shortest day by selection (delivery area, etc.) is set The setting to be reflected is determined according to the following logic:
If there is the same “selection text” in other groups, the adjustment setting for the shortest day is reflected. If there is no same “selection text” in other groups, the adjustment setting for the shortest day is not considered. If other groups do not have “adjusting the shortest day by selection (delivery area, etc.)” enabled, the shortest and longest day settings of that group are reflected. Example: Group 1 => “Hokkaido, Tohoku, …, Kyushu” Group 2 => “Hokkaido, Aomori, Akita, …”
When both Group 1 and Group 2 products are included in the cart and “Hokkaido” is selected in the selection (area), the adjustment settings for the shortest day for both Group 1 and Group 2’s Hokkaido are calculated.
However, if “Kyushu” is selected, the adjustment settings for the selection are not reflected since Group 2 does not include “Kyushu.” (The shortest and longest day settings of Group 2 are reflected.)
When displaying the delivery method is set The setting to be reflected is determined according to the following logic:
If other groups have “displaying the delivery method” enabled, the settings for the same delivery method title are reflected. For example, if Group 1: “Delivery, Store Pickup” and Group 2: “Delivery, Store Pickup” are set, the settings for either “Delivery” or “Store Pickup” are reflected respectively. If there is no delivery method with the same title, the settings for the first delivery method are reflected. If other groups do not have “displaying the delivery method” enabled, the shortest and longest day settings of that group are reflected.
